Very happy to write a fully deserved 10/10 review.  From start to finish, James was responsive, professional, can-do, and extremely reliable.  He guided me through my initial thoughts on my basement cinema project, offered invaluable insights, guided me where necessary, listened to my input, and delivered an exceptional end product, on budget.  Our basement room is now unrecognisable.  The 3 team members who completed the job were all a credit to the company and a pleasure to have around in our house, taking time to speak to us, being unflappable and friendly, and always keeping us up to speed on everything.  Peter's workmanship and skill in his craft would be difficult to beat.  Steve is a fantastically knowledgeable and extremely friendly guy, nothing is ever too much for him and he's great to have around.  Bob came here less often but was also in keeping with the rest of the team with his knowledge and professionalism. We first used the Cinema Company to convert an unused bedroom into a Cinema Room.  The finished job is absolutely amazing and now the most used room in the house as we watch TV or films in there every night that we are home and it’s just like going to cinema. They work with you the whole way on design to achieve what you want and gave us the tiered seating and starlight ceiling that were on our absolute “must have” list. You would never know from the inside that there were ever 3 windows in the room as the whole room has been cladded and soundproofed and you would never know from the outside that the windows have been boarded over on the inside because they hung horizontal blinds first and tilted them downwards so they don’t appear closed but you can’t see inside. I would not hesitate to recommend them for anyone wanting a Cinema Room and their expertise does not stop there.  We have subsequently used the Cinema Company for a wi-fi system that still gives you the incoming speed anywhere in the house and also an integrated stereo system in 5 rooms. They will be my first port of call for any upcoming projects in the future and their aftercare, customer support and maintenance is also brilliant. I have used The Cinema Company since 2013 when renovating an old rectory.  They were there from the beginning, helping me to design a cinema room with automatic blinds, recessed TV and projector screen.  They put in a wifi network that covers the whole house, from Cellar to the fourth floor attic room and a HD CCTV system covering a large area around the grounds.  Their service is first class and attention to detail is second to none.  They have been great when I have wanted to expand and update things, adding outdoor wifi around the garden and Dolby Atmos in the cinema room and connecting a door station to the main gates connected to the Control 4 system.  They have also integrated items into my home entertainment system that I acquired elsewhere.  With their expertise and up to date knowledge they will work closely with you to design or upgrade any system you may wish, big or small.  I might be biased as I have used their services now for seven years, but I would certainly recommend them for all your smart home, entertainment or security needs
