Our Maintenance Packages
Our maintenance services encompass a variety of vital tasks, such as routine inspections, assessments of system health, firmware updates, and remote assistance. These measures are implemented to ensure the maximum efficiency and reliability of your installation and its associated equipment.
For the first 12 months following installation, all our projects include comprehensive maintenance as standard. After this period, we provide flexible maintenance packages at competitive rates, customised to suit the scale and needs of your individual system installation. This continuous support guarantees the smooth and dependable operation of your system over time.
Level One – Smaller Products
Level 1 Benefits
This Level 1 Service contract is recommended for smaller installations for example: Cinema / Media Rooms, 2-4 Zone Audio systems, 2-4 Zone Video systems.
- Phone & Email Support Mon-Fri 9am – 5pm
- Annual Service Visit for Software updates, AV Rack and equipment Clean,
- 5% Reduced Labour rate for additional visits and new installation work.
- 5% Discount on Upgrades/ New Hardware Purchases.
Level 1 Maintenance Contract Cost
The setup fee is £350 Inc VAT (Subject to discount if an OVRC device is already installed within the Project.)
There are no callout fees or on-site hours included in this level 1 contract with a 5% discount applied The call-out charge is £118.75 Inc VAT including the first hour and Hourly Rate is £74.10 Inc VAT.

Level Two – Medium Products
Level 2 Benefits
This Level 2 Service contract is recommended for medium size installations, for example: Cinema / Media Rooms, 4-8 Zone Audio systems, 4-8 Zone Video systems, Network and WiFi systems, 1-8 Camera systems, Door Entry & Video Doorbells.
- Phone & Email Support Mon-Fri 8am – 6pm
- Annual Service Visit for Software updates, AV Rack and equipment Clean,
- 10% Reduced Labour rate for additional visits and new installation work.
- 10% Discount on Upgrades/ New Hardware Purchases.
Level 2 Maintenance Contract Cost
The setup fee is £550 Inc VAT (Subject to discount if an OVRC device is already installed within the Project.)
There are no callout fees or on-site hours included in this level 1 contract with a 10% discount applied The call-out charge is £112.50 Inc VAT including the first hour and Hourly Rate is £70.20 Inc VAT.

Level THREE – Large Products
Level 3 Benefits
This Level 3 Service contract is recommended for large-scale installations, for example: Cinema / Media Rooms, 8 Zone and above Audio systems, 8 Zone and above Video systems, Network and WiFi systems, 8 and above Camera systems, Door Entry & Video Doorbells.
- Phone & Email Support Mon-Sat 8am – 8pm
- Annual Service Visit for Software updates, AV Rack and equipment Clean,
- 20% Reduced Labour rate for additional visits and new installation work.
- 10% Discount on Upgrades/ New Hardware Purchases.
Level 3 Maintenance Contract Cost
Setup Fee: If you do not have an OVRC-enabled Router or Control4 processor the setup fee is £750 Inc VAT
There are no callout fees or on-site hours included in this level 1 contract with a 10% discount applied The call-out charge is £100 Inc VAT including the first hour and Hourly Rate is £62.40 Inc VAT.
